A 58-year-old male patient was admitted with the complaint of burning, watering, stinging, redness and pain in both eyes after he had coronavirus disease-2019 (COVID-19) infection 3 weeks ago. It determined from anamnesis that severe vision loss right eye for about 35 years been treated some previous treatments. He a best spectacle-corrected visual acuity 'hand motion' LogMAR 0.2 left eye. The considered ocular cicatricial pemphigoid (OCP) reactivation new diagnosis OCP COVID-19 slit lamp examination findings. After relevant consultations, medical treatment applied to it observed symptoms regressed first month follow-up.
